This is an acrylic painting I did for class. It isn't my best I know that, not to mention The horrible shot my camera took of it. (It's too big for a scanner) The color is really wrong on this, but it's the best I could get, so here it is anyways.

I love the blue on this first off @_@. For it being th wrong colors...maybe it is a little saturated with blue. I personally love Arcylic paints. I like it, it's pretty nice....so blue 
Though I know that doesn't help you much there. Maybe even though the picture may not have shown the proper lightning, try to envision where the shadows of the picture might be. Even for a picture with this bright kind of overlay lightning, there has to be some variation of shadows as well. Anyway, I think that might be too much, keep working it!
